The AWSA Satellite Flock project 2023 is nearing completion. 259 lambs were sent to Gundagai Meat Processors at the end of October. Carcase and eating quality measurements have been completed by the Meat Science team from the University of New England and sent to the LAMBPLAN database. A full report is expected to be presented at the AWSA National Conference in February 2024.
